# Order
> A customer order ingested from the merchant's ecommerce platform.
**Required scopes:**

DateTime!} required>
When the order was placed (the ecommerce provider's creation time, falling back
to Redo's ingestion time).
The ISO 4217 currency code the order was placed in.
OrderCustomer}>
The customer who placed the order, if known.
The customer's email address.
The customer's first (given) name.
The customer's id in the source platform.
The customer's last (family) name.
The customer's full name, when both name parts are set.
The customer's phone number.
The order's id in the source ecommerce platform.

The shipments fulfilling this order's items.
DateTime!} required>
When the fulfillment was created.
DateTime}>
When the shipment was delivered, if it has been.
Date}>
The carrier's estimated delivery date (YYYY-MM-DD, destination-local), if known.
The fulfillment's id in the source platform.

The items included in this fulfillment.
The fulfilled line item's id in the source platform.
The product's id in the source platform.
How many units of this item were fulfilled.
The stock keeping unit of the fulfilled item.

The current tracked shipment status.
